Welcome to the DÉJÀ VU webshop and thank you for considering shopping in our online store!
Although we do our very best to keep an accurate stock, in case of any technical difficulties regarding the quantities in stock we reserve the right to cancel your order.
COUNTRIES AND CURRENCIES
We ship worldwide. When shopping you pay in SEK. If you would like to pay in EUR please contact us for details.

After you submit your order at checkout you pay the money in advance by one of the methods below. We ship your order after reciving your payment. We offer the following methods of offline payment:
SWISH (only available in Sweden)
If you are paying by Swish transfer, please provide your order reference number and your name as the payment reference. Send the amount to number 0761905040.
PRICES & TAXES
For all countries part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays.
Swedish and international orders are shipped with Swedish Post or Schenker and are shipped from us within 2 working days from when you place your order.
Shipping on orders over 2000kr sent within Sweden is free. The price for postage outside Sweden depends on the country the parcel is sent to, you will get contacted by us after placing your order with information about the exact amount.
When an order has been shipped from us, it takes 1-5 days for the shipment to reach you at a Swedish address. To an address outside of Sweden, the delivery reaches you within 2-8 days.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or destination customs clearance.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
You may refund or change your order within 14 days with attached receipt, we do not refund the fright cost. Returns do not apply to undergarments or accessoires like hats.
The costumer pays all postage costs and we recommend using traceable postage. If you want to exchange your item you need to pay for the additional postage.
A refund is only allowed if you attach receipt or other purchase information and a description on why you return the garment/ item. The garment/ item is only accepted if it is unused and in original condition.
We will need account information to make out the payment. We will refund within 15 days after you receive a mail of receiving-confirmation.
Déjà Vu will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. There is no exchange or return on items on sale.
How to return an item:
1. Always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an item.
2. Write a return form, a short description on why you return the garment/item.
3. Send the item back together with the return form to the address below.

4. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit the account you assigned in the return form or send a new item.
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.
Déjà Vu collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or register for a service offered by us. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, phone number, email address, home address and shipping address so that we can process and fulfill your order. All information will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
If Déjà Vu fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes we can not be held responsible.
Déjà Vu insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
In most garment description, the measurements for the specific style is noted. Use our guide to make sure the ordered items have the right size, feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
